THE REMNANT CHURCH
The Remnant Church is a real ministry designed to meet the needs of real people.
Our church is located at 3300 Griffin Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are open for 2 weekly services. Our family-oriented Sunday worship service begins at 11:30 am. Children’s Church is available during our Sunday service. Our Wednesday in the Word Bible Study is held every Wednesday from 7:00pm to 8:30pm (EST). At Remnant we believe that knowledge and understanding of God’s word is the key to living a life of peace and abundance. Pastor Tavernier and other anointed teachers focus on meaningful topics that are relevant to the world around us and the challenges we face in these changing times.
Our local church is open for all services. However, if you prefer to join us from the comfort of your home, you can catch us via live stream on YouTube at Remnant Church Ft. Lauderdale. Our mission is to present the simple message of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ in a way that will empower others to truly know God and experience the transforming power of His love. We are small, but growing ministry – a loving community of Christian disciples who believe that everyone is someone who deserves to know and experience the transforming power of the grace and love of God.
Pastor Theresa Tavernier (“Pastor Tee”), former editor of SAVED Magazine and a graduate of Trinity International University brings a unique and unconventional leadership style and perspective to ministry. Wednesday Bible studies are interactive and focused on real-time issues. Remnant is a place where you can come as you are, and where all are welcome to worship, learn and grow in grace.
ABOUT OUR PASTOR
Pastor Theresa Tavernier, affectionately known as “Pastor Tee” is fulfilling her life’s calling by preaching/teaching the Gospel. Raised in a Christian home, she developed a love for the word of God and a passion for worship. After years of ministry as a musician with Jesus People Ministries (Miami) and the founder and publisher of SAVED Magazine, Pastor Tavernier yielded to God’s call to pastoral ministry.
As Senior Pastor of Remnant Church International. Her apostolic gifting, penchant for excellence, and love for all people make Pastor Tavernier an effective, compassionate shepherd for the Body of Christ.
PARTNER WITH US
When you give to Remnant, you plant a seed into good soil. Pastor Tavernier and her leadership team do not receive any salary or stipends from Remnant Church. All donations are used for the upkeep of the ministry, evangelism and outreach efforts, and helping those in need.
When you sow a seed, you will always real a harvest- “Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.” 2 Corinthians 9:10
