The Rev. Dr. Jacqueline E. McCullough has an unwavering commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ, the integrity of His Holy Word, and a love for His people!   

Dr. McCullough, a native of Kingston, Jamaica, is the senior pastor and founder of The International Gathering at Beth Rapha, in Pomona, NY.  Her vision for evangelistic ministry is expressed in the international outreach of Precious JEM Ministries, Inc., a non-profit religious organization, where she serves as Founder /President. She is also the proud Founder and President of Beth Rapha Christian College and Theological Seminary, Inc.; with the headquartered campus located in Tampa, Florida.

Dr. McCullough was elevated to the office of the bishopric in August 2015. She was awarded her Doctorate of Ministry from Drew Theological Seminary, and currently holds a Master of Arts in Philosophy from New York University. She has also engaged in postgraduate study at the Jewish Theological Seminary.

In addition to her pastoral duties, Bishop McCullough, oversees the Rapha Alliance, currently comprised of 20 churches under her overseership and tutelage. She also spearheads the WordAlive Medical Mission, which has provided free medical services to over 30,000 people in parishes throughout the Island of Jamaica and Monrovia, Liberia.
